You must pre-book your family session at Hole In Wand York in advance by emailing the venue directly with your preferred visit date/time on york@theholeinwand.com quoting your voucher number at the time of booking.
Then upon arrival please wither print this voucher to show to staff on arrival or show the voucher on your phone both clearly displaying the voucher code.
