Half Price Family Ticket for Ice Skating and Funfair Rides at Yorkshire's Winter Wonderland

To redeem your voucher, print or take a digital copy with you on your phone to the establishment. 

You MUST ALSO book your preferred time slot in advance by visiting www.yorkshireswinterwonderland.com.     Click on ‘Book Skating Here’.  Select your date and time.  Select a ‘Family of 4’ ticket and click on ‘next’ and apply your radio voucher discount code.  Then ‘checkout’ and BRING THAT ADDITIONAL TICKET WITH YOU.

Your eight funfair tokens and four ice skating wristbands will be handed to you once you are at the onsite Box Office.

1. Vouchers are valid for a 1-hour ice skating session for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children OR 1 adult and 3 children) to skate at The Ice Factor at Yorkshire’s Winter Wonderland, McArthur Glen Designer Outlet York. Vouchers also include access to 2 rides per person at the Vintage Funfair (max of 1 ride each on the Dodgems.  Excludes Games Stalls).  Skate hire is included.
2. Vouchers must be used by 16th December 2022, or between 3^rd and 6^th January 2023 only. Please be sure to check ice skating and funfair opening times on the event website before visiting.
3. Sessions are subject to availability.  Should your preferred session be full, you will be need to pre-book an alternative session.
4. Children are classed as 16 years or under. Children under 12 must be accompanied on site by an adult. Children under the age of 9 must be accompanied by an adult on the ice.
5. Please arrive 20 minutes before your session to allow for skate hire and fitting.  If you arrive late, you may join the session for the rest of its duration but will not be able to switch to another session.
6. This voucher does not include access to the Santa’s Grotto.
7. This voucher does not include hire of the ice rink Penguin or Snowman skating aids.
8. This voucher does not include food and beverages.
9. Vouchers can only be used as stipulated.   Sale of the voucher for profit is prohibited.  Photocopies are not accepted.  This voucher in not transferable.  No refunds, cash alternatives or exchanges available.  No Change will be given.
10. Admission prices are subject to change. Ticket cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or pre-paid ticket but can be used in conjunction with additional full priced tickets bought onsite.
11. This voucher is uniquely identifiable and will be checked at the establishment. This voucher can only be used once. The establishment reserves the right to refuse this voucher. If multiple copies exist this voucher will only be accepted on its first presentation. Establishment’s decision is final.
12. The venue reserves the right, in their absolute discretion, to refuse entry and to close and/or alter all or any part of the facilities including closure of rides and/or attractions and removal of figures for technical, operational, health and safety or other reasons including overcapacity.

Visits to Santa’s Grotto are priced at £6 per child with a £1 family booking fee and can be booked at www.bookfatherchristmas.co.uk/York.  A reservation is required to visit Santa.

Additional tokens for the vintage funfair can also be purchased on site at £3 per person per ride/game stall.
